Shipping was fast - we received our chairs in time for visitors. When putting one chair together, a rail split because the pilot hole was not properly drilled. I contacted Teak Closeouts and told them I was going to try to repair the split rail (glue & clamps) so we could have the chairs when company arrived. They said fine; just take some pictures and if the fix does not work, they will pay for return shipping and send out a new chair. Well, the fix worked and Teak Closeouts even credited back a portion of the purchase price for my trouble! That was unexpected and very cool! I must say, I am a VERY satisfied customer.
