Great customer service start to finish! Affordable quality teak chair. Very comfortable and sturdy. All pieces are thoroughly numbered, so if you take your time, assembly is not difficult if you pay attention to the numbers and read the directions. I love this company and the care and pride that goes into their customer service and support. Any questions you may have are answered thoroughly by an extremely knowledgeable person. I love this company as much as I love my wonderful teak furniture!!!
Flores Arm Chairs
We purchased two Flores arm chairs. Two pieces of wood on one seat required a small amount of glue and some clamps to fix. This chair was damaged prior to shipping as box was excellently packed and the seat was well protected. I also had to ream homes on chairs to get pins to fit properly. Considering the price, these chairs are still a great bargain. They look great on our porch.TEAK CLOSEOUTS RESPONSEYou're not the first person to assume a nicely packaged box indicates prior damage. We have to open each box prior to shipping for the packing material. Nothing leaves the warehouse damaged. We do appreciate your 3rd order with our company. The pins on the benches are guides and do shift in shipping. They are easily removable or tweaked to align the bench or chair. Your last sentence sums it up.....they are a nice chair for the money. You can expect more from a $500 teak chair.
