The engraved plaque/plate is carved deep and not just 'etched' into the surface.

Please pay attention carefully to your ordered plate. Your order is passed to the engraver AS SUBMITTED.

Plates are unlacquered and will develop a tea patina over time.

Allow 10-14 days for engraving and 3-4 days for shipping. We do not guarantee delivery dates. This is a small shop and they always have a queue of several days to a week.

Each plate is a flat $7.99 shipping and will arrive via fedex 3-day. No tracking information is passed to us once it is shipped.

When we built our home on an acre of property, we purchased 4 teak benches for placement around the property to honor our parents.  The first brass plaque was ordered in 2009, 2 in between and the last just ordered.  All four plaques are identical after 10 years, of exceptional quality, received on time and with both screws and nails for a choice of fastening.  Many of the other offerings online looked flimsy, were too cutesy and just not right for the benches we purchased through Teak Closeouts.  These plaques are stately and sturdy.  We have had many people comment on how nice the memorial plaques looked and what a wonderful gesture to honor the previous generation. Many thanks on a job well done.

The bench is an employee anniversary gift and it couldn't have been better received. Delivery was within days of the order, it was easy to assemble (remember we're office types here), the design is unique and the brass plaque a great finishing touch. Glad we found your website!
