The bench arrived very quickly, and was well wrapped and packed. Nothing was missing, and they even sent an extra screw.
The assembly instructions were practically non-existent, just a drawing showing where the screws go. No sense of what steps to follow, in what order, and which way up/which side some of the pieces were supposed to go. I tried doing it on my own, but it's too heavy/unwieldy, so it's definitely a two-person job. In the end we got the bench together, although some of the metal connectors don't go in all the way. Still, it all feels pretty solid.
The bench is attractive and is just what I was looking for. I've only had it for a couple of days, so we'll see how it holds up. But living in Florida I wanted a teak bench that could be outside in all weathers; and the price of this one was a significant saving over other teak benches on the market. Makes the assembly hassle worth it.
