The nicest chairs we've seen in 10 years since the Nauteak closeout buy. It doesn't get any better than these chairs. The banana back design is typical of the popular (but classic) style often seen 15-20+ years ago. The chairs have been sitting in a large teak manufactures warehouse for almost 20 years.

The chairs are FULL MACHINE construction - this simply means top-of-the-line. The grade of teak is really old school a-grade. We have labeled a/b.

The color of this teak is real - no chemical. The mortise-tenon is top-quality. This is a dowel assembly. And some manufactures do a double dowel per tenon. This has a single dowel. Add a quarter of glue to the construction per hole and insert the single dowel - it's never coming apart. Please understand the dowel assembly requires a little more effort than an easier standard metal screw from the side. We accept no returns on improper assembly. Note - the inside arm to arm is slightly smaller than a lot of arm chairs today. Newer construction will have 1-2 inches more in the seat since our growing waistline is bigger east to west.

This is a rare 5-star teak quality and 5-star teak construction item. The chairs would sell in the $600-700 each range. You are stealing the chairs at $616 delivered versus $1200-$1400.

These are two packs!!! Two chairs, one price. Limited 2-packs available. A/B-grade.

It has thick back slats, width at 2". Most manufactures reduce the back slats to save teak. Since this is old-school construction, the back slats which take very little push - or weight are still thick.

We bought 600 of these chairs and excited about the find. Most of the teak today is 3-4 stars and that's what we find. It's good stuff at a decent price. This is a rare find at a great price. The chairs will arrive in small to larger lots throughout 2020-21. We inspect and assemble all items on our site - so the 600 will arrive in batches.

The furniture is high end and beautiful.  Assembly was easy.  Delivery was quick. The company owner was personally called to confirm delivery arrangements. I will definitely order from this company again.

Very Satisfied Customer

My (8) Manchester Arm Chairs arrived in perfect condition and the packaging was very manageable. Like all other first time projects, there was certainly a "figure it out" element to the assembly process. The very simple (pictoral only) instrcutions that are provided in the packaging do not emphasize the importance of achieving perfect alignment before attempting to drive in you dowels, therefore my first few were a failure and required me to drill them out. I then made a brilliant decision to use a perfectly sized bolt (with socket in drill) that when bottomed-out would insure perfect alignment and easy hammering of dowels. The recommended wood glue is a must. I recommend a rubber mallet for setting the pieces in place but a std. metal hammer for dowels.Once assembled, I decided to use a Minwax (Spar Urethane) outdoor grade clear coat that absolutely brought the wood to life.
